Computer StartUp error Post-build

So far, I have followed the instructions and it looks as if everything is plugged in my main parts:
Nvidia Nforce 2 Motherboard w/ processor and Sound card
Mator Diamond Max Plus 9 hard drive
Rage 128 Pro VideoCard
Lite-on tech corporation Cd Rom drive Model LTN-4835

Ok fixed first problem. Just re-installed the RAM.
Now upon start-up, after finishing the original BIOS menu, I get a blue screen saying that Windows shut down to prevent damage to my computer, and that my hard drive may be corrup. Except it works fine on another system. It keeps doing this, I will try to reinstall the hard drive. And I have tried the link from Lefty and no success.

Error basically reads:
Windows has shut down to prevent damage to your computer.
If this is the first time you have seen this try restarting the computer, if not, then you harddrive may have a virus or be corrupt, try re-configuring it then run again

Also, can you tell us the brand and wattage of your powersupply?
And the brand name and model numbers of the other parts? Thanks.
