Building your own tablet touchscreen
my wife is an artist and currently is using a Toshiba Portege 3500 for drawing directly on the screen to create and manupulate her artwork.
has anyone had success building there own artist quality touchscreen? there a lot of touchscreen units out there ( mostly POS kiosk screens ) but i wonder how sensitve they are and if they would work for her drawing? the reason i am thinking of building one is hers is on the fritz, i have been told the digitizer goes bad on those all the time, she is having drop out on 1/3 of the screen.... any ideas or info would be greatly appreciated. thanks |
