Build New Comp (New Member, Need Assistance)

Hello everyone, I recently joined the forums in hopes for assistance with my recent and first attempt at building my own computer. Before I state the issues Im having I'll write the specs of the system Im ultimately trying to create.

Antec 900 Case
ASUS M2N-SLI Deluxe Mobo
PC Power and Cooling Silencer 750W Power Supply
AMD Athlon 64 X2 5600 AM2 // 2.8GHz Processor
EVGA 8800 GTS 640MB PCI-Express x16 Video Card

So far I've implemented everything, and connected all the coords I can think of and this is the problem Im facing...

The PSU turns on; the case's fans all turn on and start working; the CPU fan also turns on; the LED lights for the power button turns on; the DVD ROM light is on and also the videocard's fan is working. So far so good right?

Well after I plug in the keyboard and mouse along with the monitor and I turn the computer on, I get nothing...The screen doesnt turn on, and the keyboard and mouse are not powered up. What do you guys think is the problem?

Pull the motherboard from the case and then follow these troubleshooting instructions. Let us know what happens.

Also give us the full system specs. Include the RAM, hard drive(s), optical drive(s), etc...

I tried what was said in the instructions and its not powering up at all now :/
That mean my mobo was DOA? -_-
