Quick Noobie question

I use Thermaltake 430W purepower PSU. If i want to make my 2X GPU SLI, do i need to replace my PSU to SLI compatible?

You might not need to, but you should.

Depending on the card, 430W might be a bit underpowered.

Regardless of your card, you'd need to replace it if you wanted to run SLI. It's not on nVidia's list of SLI certified power supplies, and it's a pretty comprehensive list.
