My new system, How does this look?
This is my first attempt to build a computer entirely myself. I am a graphic designer that does a lot of web work. Also, I like to play games a fair amount. I don't know a ton about how everything inside a computer works together, but I've done my best from what I've read online as to figure out what parts would work together. Could you please look over what I have picked out and let me know if anything looks out of place or like I could have something else that would be better? Here is the long list of parts:

First off - I'd recommend a change of vendor. Tiger direct has a bad reputation for bad service and high prices on low quality parts. Newegg's a much better choice. Some of the best customer service around.
You might wait till the July 22 price cuts and release of new processors. Intel's also coming out with the E6850 - which is 3GHz, 1333MHz FSB all for $266. I might suggest the ASUS P5K to go along with that. I believe it natively supports 1333MHz FSB's out of the box. You might look at the Seagate 7200.10 series - you get a lot more storage for your $$ - and it's pretty fast as well. I'd get a LITE-ON DVD-RW with a SATA interface. I believe they are in the $35 range. I can't comment on the video card, I haven't been following them lately. But I hear the 8800 series gets you more performance for your buck. As for the power supply - check out a Corsair 520W - we've been recommended it for single video card systems lately. Sound card? You might try the onboard sound at first and see if it's enough for you. Otherwise you can always add one in later.
