Looks fine to me. Basically, once you have decided on a MB the key issues are whether or not it will take a given CPU, graphics card, and HD's. There is usually no problem mounting the other hardware. You have a socket 775 MB and the CPU is socket 775 so you are pretty much home free.

If this is your first build, take it slow and easy, ground yourself and try not to fry anything!!

Those parts will fit together, but there are better/more reliable parts out there if you have not already purchased everything, say so and we can help recommend some decent alternatives for you.

Welcome to PCMech. Your list is pretty good, I only have a couple of suggestions.

I'd pick some more well-known brands for your RAM. Corsair is typically recommended around here.

I'd suggest a Seagate 7200.10 SATA hard drive instead. Samsung's are not the best quality.

Swap your DVD Burner for a Retail LiteOn drive that has SATA. The Retail version comes with burning software, OEMs do not.

Keep in mind that on Sunday Intel is dropping prices, so it would wise to wait a few days.

Finally, I'd avoid Vista 64bit. Not only is Vista itself new and a tad buggy, but 64bit also introduces potential driver issues. If you want Vista, stick with the 32bit version.
