First Build, Need Suggestions.

Hi I am building my first computer, I am going for a mild gaming rig like to play unreal 2007 or older and Americas Army. Suggestions on a cheap but good video card, sound card, motherboard, CPU, and hard drive size would be helpful.

Here is a list of what I have so far:
Chieftec full ATX case
Super Power Dual +12V Switching power supply dual fans 480W

VERY VERY TIGHT BUDGET!!!

Give us a specific number for your budget so we don't have to guess when something is too much. And does the budget include things like the monitor, keyboard, mouse, speakers and operating system?

Is Super Power the brand name of that power supply?

Do you want a AMD or INTEL based computer?

Intel CPU 775
No Mouse, keyboard, monitor, or speakers,
Need the Operating system would like XP home or pro
Yes Super Power is the name of the power supply, I am stepping up to a 500w power supply tomorrow.

I would like the total to be around $600-$800 I will be building this for awhile.

(I can go more than that total but it will take longer to build)

Thanks all help is much appreciated!!!

I also have a question about how to mount this fan grill http://www.crazypc.com/products/CPC8040LG.html

The screws that came with it are not long enough nor are the stock ones they barely hold it in place now but I am afraid that once everything is in place it might fall off and hit something expensive. Any suggestions on what screws I should use? The stock ones are too short also.

This is my case http://milwaukeepc.com/SKUInfo.asp?SKU=050206
I would post a pic but my digital camera battery's just died.

You could use nuts and bolts instead of the machine screws...just get bolts long enough to pass through everything. And make sure the bolts are narrow enough for the holes.
