I disagree, an 8800 GTX requires a good deal of cooling and i think that 2 120mm won't be enough. Furthermore, i'm concerned about the case of your choice, i don't think you will be able to fit an 8800 GTX in there and even if you do the card will not getting enough air and will run very hot. I suggest you take a look at this list of cases here:

http://www.tosk.co.uk/8800/

You will be able to fit your card into one of these, don't forget that this thing is really big (10.5" long). I personally like Silverstone, Thermaltake and Gigabyte cases, since you are planning what could be considered a high-end build, get a quality case.

As for the cooling, i have an 8800GTS 640 and a Silverstone TJ09-BW with 5 thermaltake
A1926 120mm fans (3 exhaust and 2 intake) and an 80mm TT PCI slot cooler and my card idles at 45 C and has yet to reach 60 C under load. My point is that with a good case and good fans you'll be able to keep your card's temps at acceptable levels. Anyway, i hope this helps, good luck!

At most two fans would be needed. I would start with the one rear exhaust fan (not including the PS) and see how things are. Most likely, that's all you'll need. If desired, you can add a second fan. Running one modern video card and 2 drives is not all that much, heat wise.

You can also look at it this way: in the link above, that card will work in a tiny little Shuttle box... One 120mm + your PS will be a tornado by comparison.
