should I buy this power supply?

Hi, I was looking at newegg and they have the thermaltake 430 watt power supply. This only cost $40. I am on a budget and I know that you should never skimp on the power supply but thermaltake is listed as one of the good psus. Can someone look at the specs of this and see if they will work with my build.

CPU - E6750 Core 2 Duo
Memory - Corsair 2 x 1gb DDR2 675mhz
Mobo - Not sure yet
HDD - Seagate Barracuda 250gb 7200.10
Drive - Lite-On 20x DVD R/W Burner
OS - Vista Home Premium
Case - CoolerMaster Centurion 5
PSU - ?
Video - Evga 7600gt 128bit DDR3

I heard that 430 watt is enough for this setup..please confirm this..Also, I do not plan to upgrade my videocard nor the build for several years..
thanks in advance!!!

That unit is not ATX 2.0; it does not have the dual 12V rails that new builds need. How about this XClio for another $10; http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817189005
