no ntldr

Is a "no ntldr" mean a bad/broken board? Is it a hardware problem?

It means the computer can't find the bootloader (which is what starts the operating system going).
Could be hardware, but it might not be, we'll need more information.

Is this a self built computer, or a name brand? Can you give us a list of hardware, or the model number if it's pre-built? Has the computer been working fine before?

Did you just finish the build? Or has it booted windows just fine before?
Also, what brand is the powersupply?

It loads the files but won't start windows, says I have hardware\software problems. Its a new build. Theres a way to repair it but I can't get to the repair menu to do so. I got the power supply at compusa and I think its an antec 400 watt.

So windows installed just fine, but won't boot, correct?
Make sure you have no bootable cds in the cd drive, and that your boot order is CD, then Harddrive.

If that doesn't help, boot from the windows cd and instead of selecting 'install', select 'repair' or 'repair console'. You will be presented with a command prompt. Type fixmbr.

(Instructions here: http://www.miketechshow.com/2006/05/...ws-xp-mbr.html )
