fqpissed vista well not install

build new computer
amd 3400+ 1gib ramm pqi
160 gb sata hd
dvd drive

start to look windows ok then the color bar comes up then
when going to to next step computer shuts off.

please help

Attempt an out of case build. You MUST remove the motherboard in order for the procedure to work. In addition, are we dealing with a legitimate copy of the operating system?
