Can't get an upgrade build to read motherboard driver cd?

Mornin'. Have a new build that is only reusing the case, dvd IDE drive and memory, from my previous build. Am wanting to load the motherboard drivers and keep getting the message in BIOS to reconfigure boot order or insert media and press a key. Have done everything and still no read. What could be up? The new build has: AsRock 775i65G 775 motherboard, e4300 Allendale processor, Samsung dvd burner, Seagate 160gig SATA 3.0 HD, 2x512 Corsair Value Select DDR 3200 RAM,
The re-used component all work for sure as it all checks out in a swap to previous config. Any help is greatly appreciated as I've been looking forward to this new set-up for awhile. Thanks!

Which OS did you install on the hard drive? You install the drivers from the motherboard after the OS is installed.

Thanks...Turned out to be a dirty optical. Used an optical cleaning disc and it's all good. Thanks Cricket!
