build modifications
I posted a build awhile ago, but haven't had a chance to to buy the parts yet. I am changing the graphics card to
SAPPHIRE 100196L Radeon X1950PRO 512MB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express x16 HDCP Video Card - Retail http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814102075 from EVGA 512-P2-N635-AR GeForce 7950GT 512MB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express x16 KO Video Card - Retail http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814130061 since i don't see it on newegg anymore. my questions are will the sapphire fit in a COOLER MASTER Centurion 5 case (reading where people had troubel fitting it in there case) and does anyone forsee any problems installing it on the intel Intel BOXD975XBX2KR LGA 775 Intel 975X ATX Intel Motherboard with Vista running. again i am a newbie on this i want ot make sure everything is covered before i put the purchase in. thanks in advance. dave |

The X1950 PRO will fit just fine in that case and will plug right into that board with no problems. I'd wait a few days to buy it. The 512s have been going for about 159.00 lately. Don't know why Newegg shot it up like that a few days ago. It'll go back down (probably) by this weekend.
