last minute opinions on this power supply please

I am about to purchase this power supply from thermaltake. Will this be adequate for my build?
intel e6750
corsair vs 2x1gb ddr2
seagate 7200.10 250gb hdd
evga 7600gt
lite-on dvd burner
intel p35 or msi p35 mobo
vista home premium
