You have the wrong ram for the motherboard. The LGA 775 runs DDR2 ram, not DDR1. DDR3 has just come out, but is still in its infancy and currently inadvisable to purchase. DDR3 1060 is currently running the same, if not slower than DDR2 800 ram - CAS timings will become lower in the future, but it should be a number of months if not a year until it becomes mainstream. It's very expensive right now as well.

This is the equivalent to what you have chosen, but in DDR2:
