i wanted to know what are the chances when you buy a PSU that it wont work or it mite burn up your other parts when you first start it up

IF you purchase a quality PSU, which is VERY advisable, you should not have any problems.Take a look at the first two stickied threads on this page.......http://forum.pcmech.com/forumdisplay.php?f=5
