Random Freezing

Hello. I just cleaned out my computer and after putting it all back together it began to run extremely sluggishly on startup and will freeze if I try to play even the simplest games, such as emulators. Also, when I leave it on overnight, it will have frozen up by the morning. Help? Sorry if this is in the wrong place. I did a search but I couldn't find anything according to freezing that matches these symptoms...

The specs are in my signature.

Would check and reseat any plug-in cards and power/data cable connections. Check to make sure that the CPU heatsink didn't get bumped loose
