Problem getting through BIOS

I have my new build up and running and it is working great except for one small thing. When I am in the BIOS it holds the BIOS screen and then goes to a black screen that tells me what is hooked up and registered on the computer(SATAs, opticals, memory). Then I have options to enter setup, boot after log and etc. here is where the problem is, I have to press F1 to continue. The PC won't just go to boot by itself. I am using a Biostar T7025 Mobo and running XP pro.

Thank you
