Installing the stock Intel LGA775 socket heatsink.

This probably nothing new to experianced 775 socket builders but wanted to share a few things I noticed.
1: The arrow on the black top of each latch seems to be the direction to turn the latch to unlatch the pins.
2: The last heatsink I installed, the the latch pins were in the unlatched postion.
3: Have the narrow part of the V shaped notch pointing away from the heatsink(latching postion).
4: Set the motherboard on a small, strong box with the heatsink over the opening. The pins won't fight against anything.
5: The locks are latched when the black pin is about a 1/16" beyond the clear plastic part(looking at the bottom side of the motherboard). If the black and clear part are flush, then the lock isn't latched.
