what are you using for an operating system?
Get the OEM version if you need to buy an OS.

I'm not a gigantic fan of the Thermaltake PSUs, but other than that, I don't see any issues with what you've chosen. Without knowing what you want to do with it, I can't really make any suggestions as to "better parts", but everything will work fine together I'm sure. Good luck with the build.

I'm gonna get Vista OEM. And I'll use it for gaming, and light video editing. I main reason i got the thermaltake psu was because i got free good memory, and because the reviews are fine.

Your set up does not really need 750 w so you might check prices on a better quality PSU, the Corsair 520 is highly rated on these boards, and see exactly how free the memory is. The Corsair would handle your build just fine and with rebates and such right now at newegg it would be $115. But your memory is only $70 so total cost would be $185. You would actually save $4. It is true the Thermaltake gives you more upgrade headroom but I have yet to see anyone recomend them on these boards so I personally am a little leary of them.
