no boot

hello, I just built my office pc, but then I starting up NOTHING happens, monitor still black. Maybe someone can help me on this?

My fig.:
AMD 3000+
ASUS A7V600
1Gb Ram
550W power supply (brnd new)
9800pro Radeon
Creative Audigy

I had it working for 1 day, but after that nothing

What brand is the power supply? Hope it wasn't a cheap low quality one...those have a tendency to die suddenly and kill other computer components when they do.

No I dont think it is PS problem, because I replaced old one (it was working for years) but still have same problem.
PS name is OKIA 550W

that's psu is actuall on the bad list that's on this forum.

did you try the procedure that Alaron suggested?

ok I just started my pc! the jumpers was wrong connected.
But still have problem - MY USB'S DOESN'T WORK, NONE. what is wrong

Make sure the USB is enabled in your motherboards BIOS.
