Angry Fire Error loading xp OS

I have Installed a new 80 Gig Hd on my pc Fofmating into ntfs then loading XP home.
XP loads all the way through to the point where the pc finishes shuts down and restarts .

A problem has been detected Windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your Computer.
This information & number comes up

Technical Information
Stop : 0x0000009C(0x00000004,080545ff0,0xb2000000,0x00070F0F)
Begining dump of Physical memory.

What dos this mean and how do I repair the problem.

What kind of computer is this? Home built or name brand?

What are the complete system specs for this computer?

The Pc Is home built XP pro Verson 2002 service pack 2, AMD Athlon (tm) 64Processor 3200+
2.01 Ghz ,1Gig Ram 80 Gig dh Weston Digital.

Check the jumpers on the HD if it is an IDE drive. Some WD drives don't use the jumpers if it is the only drive on a cable. Check the jumper chart on the HD for the correct setting.

Yes It is a 80 Gig IDE Drive and I have the jumpers set to Master.and it is the only drive.
Would you suggest to remove the jumper all together.
