My first PC is screaming at me
So I just built my PC for the first time using the guide here. Go to turn it on and it starts letting out this really bad high pitch scream. I can't be sure but it might be coming from the video card. Also the dvd-r tray won't open, if that means anything. I have no idea what to do. Can anyone help, please? Here's a list of what I used.
Antec Solo ATX Mid Tower CORSAIR CMPSU-520HX ATX12V v2.2 and EPS12V 2.91 520W Power Supply 100 MSI P6N SLI-FI LGA 775 NVIDIA nForce 650i SLI ATX Intel Motherboard Intel Core 2 Duo E4300 Allendale 1.8GHz 2M shared L2 Cache LGA 775 Processor Patriot Extreme Performance 1GB 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Desktop Memory EVGA 320-P2-N811-AR GeForce 8800GTS 320MB 320-bit GDDR3 PCI Express x16 HDCP Ready SLI Supported Video Card Western Digital Caviar SE16 WD2500KS 250GB 7200 RPM 16MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s Hard Drive And a dvd-r. i forget the name.
