need help very important

alright here it is I got this emachine from my mom's work that was being thrown away because the on board video was burned out. I checked it out and sure enough the on board video had hole right through it so I replaced the motherboard with an older board (just maybe a year older)
and thought the problem was fixed well I was wrong. I've checked every square inch of the motherboard and surrounding parts, couldn't find a dang thing wrong (just as extra info the form fit is the same).

Well now that you know all that here is the problem I turn it on everything lights up BUT NO VIDEO!!!!

It's not that it comes up with an error message or anything just a blank screen. I have ever tried installing a video card but still nothing.

HELP!!!!!!!
