Thumbs up First Time Build...Thanks PCMech

Well after months of reading and posting noob questions I got my first build up and running this Sunday thanks to PC Mech.

So I just want to thank all who replied to my dumb questions and comments, could not have done it with out you guys. So thanks a bunch.

One freaky thing did happen BTW on initial boot up I got a "New CPU detected" error or something then said Fatal error. After restarting it never happened again runs smooth. Still have to test it under load but the MOBO temp is around 28 - 30C and CPU is 32ish idle.

I'll be back with OC'ing questions and helping those that I can, but for now I'll just enjoy this thing stock.

Oh ya here is the build.

Antec Nine Hundred Case
Asus P5K Deluxe Motherboard
Intel Quad Q6600 (HS: Zalman CNPS9500 LED/Artic silver5)
DDR2 Corsair XMS2 TWIN2X2048-6400C4DHX 800 mhz
Asus 8800 GTX Video Card
Corsair XMS2 TWIN2X2048-6400C4DHX DDR2 800 mhz
350 GB and 750 GB SATA WD HDs (got a great deal)
Pionneer DVD Burner
Win XP (next year Vista)

Thanks again ya'll
