Question about installing C2D E6750 into motherboard

As I am waiting for the UPS man to deliever the final pieces of my new build, I am getting concerned about putting it all together. I also have a question as well...

I remember reading here about problems with installing some processors into the motherboards. Is my C2D E6750 one of the problem processors???
