New build confused about powersupply

Im a bit confused about power supply's i used this website http://www.extreme.outervision.com/PSUEngine as recommended in one of the threads here and it gave me a result of 299 WATTs is this right? It sounds a bit low but im not to sure as its my first build. If not would my Antec EarthWatts 380W be considered adequate?

With a 8800GTS I don't think the Antec 380 watt PSU would be enough. If I were building this computer the minimum I would install would be a 450 watt unit but would probably install a 550 watt unit to give the system a little more headroom.
