Random Restarts

Hello,
I just recently built my new computer consisting of a amd x2 6000+, asus m2n-e, 2gb of g.skill ram, and a ocz 700w powersupply, but I am noticing something odd with it, it will run flawlessly when I do things like surf the net or run programs, but when I am downloading things off of bittorrent, my computer will randomly restart, and I will barely see the blue (hardware malfunction) page before it disappears and completely restarts. I have narrowed it down to only when I run the bitcomet program to download things, and I cannot think of a reason for it to be doing this. As a side note, due to lack of money i bought an extremely cheap pci graphics card with no fan or anything on it to hold me over until i buy my graphics card this week, do you think it could be the card malfunctioning due to having no fan or is overloaded by the system compared to what it can handle?

Thank you for the responses
Alix

Go to control panel, System. Then click on Advanced system setting, and click on Start Up and Recovery Settings.

Make sure that you uncheck Automatic Restart under system Failure.

That will allow you to see the exact error mesage you receive. Write down the stop code and what it says.

Got It fixed (Hopefully) I did some research on the error message that came up, and it said Driver_IRQL_Not_Less_or_Equal, and displayed the file NVTcp.sys, I did some research on these things and apparently there is something wrong with the NVIDIA Network Access Manager and provides that error when under high loads of LAN aka: peer to peer programs such as bitcomet.

Thanks for the help with being able to read the error message
