Angry Fire Error loading operating system notification.

Was planning on installing Vista Premium (Upgrade). Had an unused copy of 2000 Pro to preload and then do the upgrade. Well...dog came into the room and went under the bench and stepped on the power strip...lost power and now getting this notification. Cleared CSMOS,reset time/date,changed boot order to optical, and still getting an error loading os message. What is next. (Not killing the dog!) Thanks

Specs:
Asus P5B
WD 500gig 3.0
Asus 1814BLT DVDR
Antec 550w (Trio)
2gig kit Corsair XMS 6400
E4300 CPU w/Zalman 9500
Sapphire XT1650Pro pci-e w/Zalman 700cu
card reader
Rosewill 5604BK case

You DO know that you can install a Vista upgrade WITHOUT installing any other OS, right? You install the upgrade in the trial mode, you then upgrade with the upgrade.........

There's articles on this, look for them.
