Questions regarding a new PC build. Thanks.

I am thinking of building my own PC to replace a Dell Dimension 8100 (2.4ghz P4, 1GB rambus, XP Pro) that's getting outdated. The PC is not used for gaming or video editing, but just for general web browsing, music, work-at-home, etc. I used to build all my own PCs, but have been buying prebuilt from Dell for the last 5 years. I'm comfortable building, installing OS and HDDs, doing mods, etc. I'll keep my current keyboard, mouse, speakers and monitor.

This is my current thinking on a build list:

Case: ENLIGHT 7250
PSU: ?
Mobo: Intel DP35DP
CPU: Intel E6750
HDD: Seagate Barracude 250GB SATA ST3250410AS
RAM: 4 x 1GB GeIL DDR2 800 GX22GB6400DCK
Pri Optical: SAMSUNG LightScribe SATA DVDRW Model SH-S203N OEM
Sec Optical: None
Sound Card: On Motherboard
Video Card: SAPPHIRE 100218L Radeon HD 2600XT 512MB 128-bit GDDR3 PCIex16
FDD: NONE (use external USB one if ever necessary)
Keyboard: Microsoft (already have)
Mouse: Microsoft Optical (already have)
Modem: None
Lan: On Motherboard
Monitor: 19" Samsung LCD (already have)
Speakers: Altec (already have)
OS: Vista Home Premium or Ultimate - OEM
Extras: NONE
Total - about $800 (with Vista Home Premium) before tax and shipping.

Anyhow, my questions are:
1) Any suggestions on a decent mid-range 500w PSU with SATA that will fit in the Enlight 7250?
2) The Enlight case lists room for 6 full size and 1 half-length expansion slot. I assume that the half length is not the PCIe16x slot and that any PCIe16x board will fit. Is that assumption correct?
3) What, if any, reason is there to use Vista Ultimate over Home Premium? (I've used NT and XP Pro in the past rather than the home version OSs, but don't see the need with Vista. Not sure I'll miss any of the added features. Am I missing something?)
4) Any other suggestions on a decent, mid-range mid-tower case? I don't need room for 10 HDs, or blue neon, or 10 fans, but would like something that's TAC compliant. A front eSATA port would be nice but isn't essential.

Any other suggestions on the above would be greatly appreciated. Thanks very much.

If you want a front eSATA *and* a quality PSU, get an Antec Sonata 3 case.

I'd recommend an Asus P5K-E or P5K-E Wifi/AP motherboard with whatever processor you want, and a 2x2gb kit of Corsair DDR2-800 CAS 5 1.8 or 1.9 volt ram - and the 64 bit version of Vista. Sub a Lite-On burner for the Samsung. USB mouse required.
