Try this 'Out of case troubleshooter' to make sure a case short is not the problem: http://forum.pcmech.com/showthread.php?t=132409
If that fails, replace the Ultra PSU, they have a high failure rate. Get a good quality brand. For this build I would recommend a Fortron source 460w.

If you are using 2 video cards in SLI, you must use a SLI-certified power supply. That Ultra isn't even close.
http://www.slizone.com/object/slizone_build_psu.html Why are you using SLI with 2 low end cards? A single card that costs the same as that pair will totally blow the pair away. |

Sounds like something Tiger Direct would shove off on people. Be very wary of that Ultra power supply. They also unloaded an obsolete processor and slow ram on you.

Doesn't matter - it needs to be certified for the first level. There are several levels of certification now.

http://www.tigerdirect.ca/applicatio...=P450-9102%20E If you take a glance at it, it lokos like a good deal but a 7300GT is worth $50 only. not $200 for 2. Also that $200 motherboard isn't a good deal either. And an Ultra PSU, SLow CPU and Slow Ram.. Yuck. |

Already explained - the OP bought a Tiger Direct package deal, not knowing any better.
