Question Need help with updating my computer

I need to know if you need a bigger power supply than a 350w for a dual core cpu

The power supply will depend on what else you have as well.

For a good answer please list complete system specs.

I wouldn't use less than a 430 with those components. There's a $30 rebate on the Antec Earthwatts 430 right now.

need new parts under $300

i need a amd processor able to run games, a mother board, at least 2gbs of ram, and a power supply.

Why AMD? Intel currently has the best performance. And don't get the Raidmax PSU, they are not very good quailty.
