how do i connect the case fan stuff

okay basically my case fans have 1 cable with a pass through connector and a connector on the end, one is male and one is female. i have no idea how to connect all my case fans, or what i should plug into the "power fan 1" etc connectors on the motherboard.

basically im confused about all power supply connections

You can either connect it to the motherboard header or use the pass through to connect it to the power supply. The female end goes to the psu, the fan connescts to the small 3 pin cable and plug and the male end plug can be used to power a drive or another van.

How many case fans do you have? You can daisy chain up to 4 fans using the pass-through connectors.

You can only do that if the fan has a 3 pin power connector or you use a 4 to 3 pin power adapter. But it's better to power case fans directly from the power supply instead of the motherboard...that way you don't stress out the motherboard power circuit.
