Boot-up Issues

Hi,
I'm kind of new at this so I'm sorry if this question has already been posted earlier. I have an issue with booting up my pc. It's custom build. I recently replaced it with a HIS Radeon HD 2600XT video card. I tried to get the card to push it's full potential by OCing it. I don't know whether it's because I OC'd it too much but now when I go to boot up the comp, it stops and displays something like "Boot from CD..." then the next line shows something like "YoYo", but the 'o' looks something more like a 'degree' sign in math. Did I just kill my CPU? The computer runs but not past the booting up part. Can anyone help me on how to fix this- going to BIOS setup, etc? Thanks for any help. By the way, some of my specs are: CPU- AMD Athlon 64 3700+, 2.2 GHz, Socket 939; memory- 2 GB of RAM. Thanks, again.

My PSU is a Cool Master 430W. I don't believe it's popular now and days. I mean, my graphics card requires >= 400W for non-Crossfire use and >= 500W for Crossfire. Hope that helped. Thanks for the information, though. I'll try it out and if it doesn't work, I'lll come back. Any more suggestions would be nice! Thanks!

When OCing and the power needs of the video card, your probably at the limits of the PSU.
