Exclamation Immidate Help Needed

Hello
I just built a new PC from scratch. Its Coolpower's Mystique case, Inter Quad Core, ECS motherboard, 500 watts of power supply, 2 gb ram pc 5300 ddr 2, ATI 2600 512mb, Maxtor 320 GB hdd

The problem is this:

on first boot, it showed a message that CMOS battery is weak. After 3 minutes of usage, the computer shut down iitself while i was still in the setup screen.

On second bootup after a few minutes, the message was that CMOS settings are incorrect, and then the computer shut down again in very few minutes.

Its going on and on again. i have tried to remove the CMOS for 4 minutes, but still doesn't solve the problem.

All 3 fans are working...power, CUP, hard drive fan, ventilation fan.

What do I need to do?
