I Need Help With a Build
I have a HP A1310n and it is completely standard except for a few things, I upgraded to an offboard video card, and my Lightscribe DVD drive crapped out so i have a cheap dvd drive.
My friend gave me a Apevia X-Navigator case that he had laying around so i could "mod" my computer a little bit. My problem arises there. I do not know how to get my computer into the case. I have a little experience with swapping parts and i am skilled in figuring out my own computer when there is a problem, but i dont want to rip everything out of the HP case if it wont work in the Apevia or something. Also i want to know where i should start upgrading if i were to do it? Here are my specs. Asus Amberine M mobo AMD athlon x64 3700+ 2.2Ghz 200GB HD Nvidia 128MB Video card, i had 128 onboard but bought an offboard cuz i heard it works alot better 1GB RAM (2x512MB) CD-ROM & DVD-ROM Anything you know that i dont know would be appreciated Real men stop to ask for directions...lol

Welcome to PCMech.
Your HP is a standard ATX form factor. So it will fit into that case no problem. You'll just need to line up the mounting holes on the motherboard and screw it into place. ![]() If you need help with the build process, we have a guide here: http://www.pcmech.com/byopc/
