Need opinion on new build
Hello again. I posted back in late September on a new gaming build but because to some family issues I had to put off buying it. Anyways I’ve gotten everything under control and I am finally ready to build my pc.
During the few months I had to wait I stared to change a few things on the build and I want to make sure I didn’t completely mess it up. Again the build was made on NCIX.com using the Entra II Bronze build under PC configuration. My original price range was around $1,300 - $1,500 but I have decided to add a 22" monitor, so the price range is more likely around $1,500 - $1,700 now. CPU- http://www.ncix.com/products/index.p...ufacture=Intel MOBO- http://www.ncix.com/products/index.p...nufacture=ASUS RAM- http://www.ncix.com/products/index.p...acture=CORSAIR Video Card- http://www.ncix.com/products/index.p...nufacture=eVGA Case- http://www.ncix.com/products/index.p...ufacture=ANTEC PS- http://www.ncix.com/products/index.p...Z%20Technology HD- http://www.ncix.com/products/index.p...acture=Seagate CD/DVD ROM Drive- http://www.ncix.com/products/index.p...facture=Liteon OS- http://www.ncix.com/products/index.p...ture=Microsoft Monitor- http://www.ncix.com/products/index.p...acture=Samsung I know that 700W PS is a bit of a overkill and I was going to go with the 600W GameXStream but the 700W is $17 cheaper after rebate so I thought what the hell, get more headroom for less cash. Altogether it comes to around $1,660 before shipping |

All your stuff looks like it came off the preferred list here. The PSU is made by PC Power and Cooling (I think?) and they're on the good list.

Nice build, I don't see any issues with any of it!

I'd suggest this monitor instead: http://www.ncix.com/products/index.p...nufacture=Acer
I'd also suggest you look up all of these components off of Directcanada.com and either buy it from there(and save shipping fees) or price match it with this site as they offer better prices on most items. For instance, the monitor is 299.99, the PSU's regular price is 119.54, the case is 103.45, the mobo is 133.92.... just with those u save about 40$... then if u order from there, u can save 50-60$ in shipping fees. |
