What is your budget?

Do you have an OS already?

Is this a gaming build?

I added that build up it is = $921.39

My Budget is $1,000

It is a gaming build.

I don't have an OS, hoping for Vista Premium, unless I can get Ultimate for a good deal.

Looks like a fine list to me for your budget. Be sure to get the 64bit version of Vista for your 4GB of RAM. A 32bit version will only recognize about 3GB.

What is the best brand for a graphics card?
What is the best brand for a mother board?

Should the motherboard and graphics card be compatible in terms of name? Does that help?

Best is a matter of opinion.

Recommended brands for mb here is usually Asus.

For the video card, EVGA is usually recommended.
