ntkrnlmp.exe could not be loaded..what the heck

Ok so my second attempt at building a computer seemed to be going well untill i recieved this error. File \i386\ntkrnlmp.exe could not be loaded. Error code 7... I have an Asus pk5-E MB and i have Corsair 800 dual channel kit Ram.. All of my components are recognized in the BIOS and according to Microsoft's website, it is either faulty memory or a Bios issue. I tried each of my 1G sticks individually and the problem happened either way so i think it may have to do with my BIOS. Is there something to do with the memory timing etc. that i might have to set? Thanks in advance

Are you sure the memory you have is compatible with the mobo? Do you have a different brand or type you might be able to try?

Have you reset the BIOS?
