Exclamation Help with this upgrade

Hello there:

I want to upgrade my system and need to know if this parts are compatible with I what I have:

this is my system

Mobo A8n-sli deluxe
2x1 GB RAM
amd 64 4000
7800 gtx oc


I am doing this instead of building a new system.

Both parts are compatible with your current system, the asus website has a full list of compatible cpus:http://support.asus.com/cpusupport/c...Language=en-us

You should make sure you have a good enough power supply to handle everything, since you are already using a 7800gtx, I'm assuming you have a good enough power supply, but if it's under 500W and it's not a good brand, you should look into upgrading that also.
