What do you think?

This will be my second computer build and it's desperately needed. Let me know what you think.

Case: Antec Sonata III Black ATX 16IN Quiet Case 3X5.25 2X3.5 4X3.5IN 500W 120MM Fan (http://www.ncix.com/products/index.p...4&promoid=1087)

Motherboard: ASUS M2N-E ATX AM2 Nforce 570 Ultra PCI-E16 PCI-E4 2PCI-E1 3PCI SATA RAID Sound GBLAN Motherboard (http://www.ncix.com/products/index.p...5&promoid=1087)

CPU: AMD Athlon 64 X2 4000+ Dual Core Processor Socket AM2 Brisbane 2.1GHZ 2X512KB 65NM 65W Retail Box (http://www.ncix.com/products/index.p...8&promoid=1087)

** I'll probably get two of these for 4GB.

Video: XFX GeForce 7900GS XT 480MHZ 256MB 256BIT 1.4GHZ DDR3 PCI-E Dual DVI-I TV Out Video Card (http://www.ncix.com/products/index.p...6&promoid=1087)

Other:

Arctic Cooling MX-2 Thermal Compound Paste NON-ELECTRICAL Conductive 4 Gram (http://www.ncix.com/products/index.p...5&promoid=1061)

Yate Loon D12SL-12 120MM Quiet Cooling Fan 1350RPM 47CFM 28DB 3PIN & 4PIN Sleeve Bearing OEM (http://www.ncix.com/products/index.php?sku=22644)

This isn't including any optical drives, or the two 19" wide screen monitors I will be buying to go along with it.

Thanks for the input.

Looks like a solid, middle of the road build. Don't forget about hard drives or an OS.

Right, completely forgot to include the Hard Drive, and I'll either be installing Windows XP Pro or Windows Vista, I own both but I'm still on the fence as to which one I'd prefer to use.

Hitachi Deskstar 7K160 160GB SATA Hard Drive 7200RPM 8MB OEM 3YR MFR Warranty (http://www.ncix.com/products/index.p...acture=Hitachi)

That's the exact response I wanted, I only do web development and a little gaming as it stands now. It's been about four years since I built my first computer so I spent the last couple of weeks getting familiar with the newer technologies and I feel this computer will do for a great upgrade to my current machine.

I'd swap that Hitachi for a Seagate or Western Digital. Hitachi drives are not the best quality. Otherwise, looks good.
