New PS needed

before i have to go around the 'now you need this' route again. I need some help for a new PS.

heres my system

Processor-AMD Athlon 64 X2 5200 Dual core
MOBO-ASUS M2A-VM HDMI
2 Gigs ram
2 SATA HDD
Win XP SP2
Optical drive
CD drive
ATI 1250 integrated graphics

I bought a New Video Card ATI HD 2600XT 512 and it requires a 400W PS. right now the case I have came with a FPS Group ATX-300TA PS. I need a recommendation here for what will work with my system. I am NOT going to put in more than one card so crossfire is not something i will be worrying about. I don't need a 1000W PS but I need on that will work the first time with out any adapters or additional purchases.

I will claim sever ignorance here, this is my new card

I don't see a power connector here on the card. does the card draw power from the PCIE slot?

You could look at the corsair 520, or 550.

thanks for the reply shadow. it looks like all i need to do is peruse the PS section and find a PS that has the right connectors and the number I need? I'm going to keep the computer in this configuration with the exception of changing the HDD's over to straight SATA, will a 550W be enough or should I look at a bit bigger?

I'd say 500 watts is plenty for that setup. You could easily use 450w. Shadow's linked power supplies are excellent choices.

Take a look at this thread we have on power supplies: http://forum.pcmech.com/showthread.php?t=131195 It is very important to buy a quality unit, not just anything cheap.
