Try this: http://forum.pcmech.com/showthread.php?t=132409

Make sure it's out of the case when you do.

EDIT: I was beaten to the punch...

Just throwing this in there because it is what I did today. Make sure that 2x2 power connection is hooked up to your motherboard along with the 21pin. I completely noobified and forgot to connect that, allowing for the same issues you are running into. Everything started up fine, spun up, but no video and no beeps.

Question Onboard or???

Hey markonati, I'm not that great of a PC mechanic yet, but is the video for this config onboard or are you using something else? Such as AGP, PCI?

I was only asking because I've found that if you don't connect those right, it can really mess things up. Although I don't think this is what you're facing, you never know. The mobo might not be beeping because of the mobo BIOS settings.

Anyway, let us know what happens.

thanks a lot guys. the "out of the case" test

was preformed before i poted this thread.
and yet- no beep, no vid and everything else looks just fine (...)

i think i have the same problem as the guy above me- the mb not support the cpu.
(well if it's correct, you will soon read abaut a supplier in israel was fed a cpu by an angry customer...) i didn't wnt to take this cpu but a "celeron D" which is fully suppported by my mb. he talked me into taking the celeron 420 which is newer by saying that there will be no problem.

and yes, the vga is integrated. so there is no connecting to be done.

thnks again for all yore help.
great forum

I have not been able to find any information on that motherboard even on Foxconn's site.
Would you please double check the full name and model number.
