New upgrade/build

Alright. I'm looking at building a PC that I'll be able to plug into my new HDTV and play with a wireless keyboard/mouse.
I'm going to use my older case/monitor/harddrive/whatever. I'm mostly just looking to upgrade my video output while being on a budget. This is an idea of what I had in mind:

Motherboard/Processor($240.99): http://www.tigerdirect.ca/applicatio...BM-650I-E4500A

Video Card($99.97):
http://www.tigerdirect.ca/applicatio...&CMP=ILC-RNV03

Memory($59.97):
http://www.tigerdirect.ca/applicatio...?EdpNo=2206874

PSU($67.99):
http://www.tigerdirect.ca/applicatio...309&CatId=2036

Total: $468.92
+ Tax and Shipping: $692.09

Are any of these parts bad, or should I upgrade some things more for a good picture on my HDTV? Any suggestions welcome.
