Would change the HD to a Seagate 7200.10 or 11. Better quaility.
Need an optical drive, look to Lite-On retail. For your system, a 1K watt PSU is way overkill. The Corsair 620HX would be plenty big with room for expansion. I would look at the Asus P5K series of boards. They use DDR2 ram which is cheap. The DDR3 ram is expensive and has little speed gain over DDR2.

You did not list RAM, but as Flanz posted I would suggest you go with a P5K MB and 2 gigs of quality DDR2 800 ram.
If you are not planning on OC'ing the standard heatsink/cooler that ships with the CPU will be fine. After market coolers also void the CPU warranty. If you go with stock cooler you dont need the compound either because it comes with a thermal pad already applied. If you are not going with 4+ gigs of ram than the 32 bit Vista is fine and I hear actually a little faster on 32 bit appts (which is most of them). The only real advantage of Vista 64 is if you are running 64 bit appts or something that will gain significant performance from 4+ gigs of ram. Kat
