First Build help!

right i decided to build a new gaming Pc lol the parts ive started with are

600watt PSU
Asus M2N-X Mother Board / any got any feedback on this MB??
Athlon Dual Core 6400+
Nvidia 8800 GT Graphics Card
320gb HD

,ive noticed my MB has only 2 RAM PC6400 slots and will only take 1 gig each so which Ram would you reccomend (make of) ?

im building this so i can play stalker,COD4,crisis etc do you think it will be able to handle them?

also ive got a Copy of XP pro so would there be any point going out and buiyng Vista all i hear is complaints ??

Sounds like you picked a uATX motherboard which generally have only 2 ram slots. Is this the board? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813131183
For the type of ram: Corsair XMS DDR2 800 in a 2gig kit.

ATX motherboards are better than microATX motherboards since they have more upgradeability and faster/newer chipsets. Almost all ATX motherboards have at least 4 Ram Slots.

yeah thats it it seems a bit limited if i want to upgrade RAM etc but it should manage for a while ? also this board has a nforce 520 chip set different to the one on that link

For a few dollars more for a full ATX mobo with newer chipset, this is a possiblity: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813131246

And you want to pick a good quailty PSU. For a tight budget, would look to an FSP. Other choices would be Antec,Corsair.
