How much are you looking to spend on a mobo? I just got this one for my AMD 9600 quad core: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813131224

Amdalex, assume you meant 'heard' bad things about the board - can I ask where from?

I'm a strong believer in working from experience. Any product can get bad reviews, but they're by no means objective. People are naturally more inclined to comment on bad experiences, and practically, not everyone gets things right first time. It's easy to blame bad component choice or poor building techniques on a defective motherboard.

We've recommended the M2N-E for a while now, and I personally haven't heard of any generic problem with the board.
