Finally time for an upgrade!

Ok so i wanna upgrade but im not really down with all this new tech since i last made my PC. So i was checking out ebay and found some premade stuff, i don't no wether it is shoddy stuff or it actually is quite nicely priced. I figured it would save allot of time, so here is one i found on ebay, can you pros tell me wether its a decent machine or not ??

Hey Dos

Well right off the the gitgo, the add say's 5.6 Ghz E2180 processor, and it doesn't look like a typo The Intel E2180 is a 2.0 Ghz chip (you couldn't overclock to that spec if you tried), So I would say its a lie. I would say you'd be better off looking elsewhere.
