Exclamation quick couple of questions

hello i just got my asus m3a32 mobo with my 4 gigs of ram and a bunch of other stuff----i should be able to just put it together and power it on right??? or must i tweak voltages of ram and things first????

It should work fine as it is assembled (assuming all parts are working fine), however you may want to at some point tweak the voltages and timings of the ram so it runs at the manufacturer's recommended settings. Generally if the ram is recognized properly, then you don't really need to do anything, only if your ram speed is different than what it should be, should you go and tweak the ram settings.

How are you going to tweak voltages of ram if you don't put it together and power it on first?

Are these new parts, or parts you aquired from someone? I assume there new, so just assemble the parts first then worry about tweaking later.. If done right your system bios should automatically set the proper settings, without you doing anything..

.. Also list all your components including maker name and model, and include the psu brand and wattage..
