Can someone check this

Would the following be a good enough $600 gaming rig? i'm thinking about buying:

CASE and Power supply
RAIDMAX SMILODON ATX-612WBP Black SECC STEEL ATX Mid Tower Computer Case 500W Power Supply

Mother Board

ASUS M2N-E AM2 NVIDIA nForce 570 Ultra MCP ATX AMD Motherboard

RAM
G.SKILL 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory

Processor
AMD Athlon 64 X2 4800+ Brisbane 2.5GHz 2 x 512KB L2 Cache Socket AM2 65W Dual-Core Processor

Videocard
XFX PVT84JYAJG GeForce 8600GT 512MB 128-bit GDDR2 PCI Express x16 SLI Supported Video Card

Hard Drive
Western Digital Caviar SE WD1600AAJB 160GB 7200 RPM 8MB Cache IDE Ultra ATA100 Hard Drive

My main question is will the 500watt power supply be enough for this setup? but if i'm messing up with anything else, plz tell me.

Raidmax power supplies are really bad, an antec power supply would be much better for example. If you picked out a good power supply, 500W would be more than enough unless you got a better video card. The 8600GT doesn't make very good use of 512MB ram since it's not all that fast, a HD3850 would be much faster and costs roughly the same. I've compiled a reference list of parts that cost less than $600 and are a lot more stable and fast overall than the parts you picked out (I'm assuming you don't need an OS, is that the case?) :
